The place he squatted is in front of a big house which might telling the audience that he might selling his idea to those rich people or the upper class. He's purse and he's belongings drops on the floor might telling the audience that he lost his opportunity of selling his idea or he received people's disapproval on his work. From the hairstyle of this man and the design of the house it can shows that the background is probably in the 1990's. The genre of the film maybe a western, drama or a fiction movies.
